I had an awesome appointment with Kareem, cannot say enough good things from it. Lost my stylist when she retired, and tried a few without satisfaction, Kareem is magic, as is his head massage!, I was so stressed about a number of problems,. Seriously cannot go wrong at this salon, and cannot beat the parking????

Kathryn was my stylist and she did an amazing job with my color! I have curly hair which is already hard to find hairdressers who know how to touch textured hair. So to have someone like Kathryn doing such a great job made me more feel amazing and more confident! Totally recommend to go to Dolce Salon :)))

Alizay at the front was such a friendly face straight away walking into the salon. So accommodating answered all my questions and offered to book me for a consultation with a stylist promptly. Very nice staff here. Originally booked with Katherine but due to scheduling issues I was later booked with sunny. Sunny was so sweet and easy to make conversation with. Services were incredible and exactly as requested! Will be coming back and recommending to friends, family and customers at my workplace.

Every time I come in I’ve been greeted with a smile from everyone.
I discuss what kind of a haircut I’m looking for with Mary and she always has better ideas. I’ve always been impressed with the results and have been a customer of Mary’s before they opened Dolce Salon. I’ll keep coming back! I’ve never been disappointed!

Excellent - was able to get a same day appointment and walked away with the best hair cut I have had in years - layers were very well done, the stylist really knew her stuff, offer good advice when I was uncertain, and I was able to get my hair shaped remedied exactly how I was hoping. It was a little more expensive than I had anticipated, but it was totally worth it. Thank you.

When I first went into the salon, I mentioned my concern with having a reaction to chemicals in the hair colour. I had longer hair with lots of grey/white throughout . A stylist at the front desk suggested a colour test first, which I did and all was fine. This put me at ease, so I booked a colour and cut with Vivian. She gave me suggestions and I was very specific with my decision. The outcome suited me perfectly, colour and style is fantastic. I am happy with it all and would definitely go back. I would suggest, anyone going to the salon, spend sometime with the stylist to discuss what exactly you want. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Thank you Vivian.

I think things could be clearer around pricing and what exact treatments are being done. I called and booked in for partial highlights and a haircut and was quoted around 130$.
When it came time to pay I was charged $220 as apparently my treatment had turned into "full foils", which had not been conveyed to me at any point. I mentioned several times that I wanted just a little bit of lightening and a few highlights, assuming this would fall under partial highlights.
I think using clearer descriptions/ boundaries for each would be better as I was left very confused, not feeling like I got what I came in for and forced to spend $90 more than I wanted to.

Good Morning
While I was happy with my hair cut/style, I felt the topics of conversation the stylist engaged in was not appropriate. Politics is not really something I wish to ‘chat’ about with a stranger for 60mins.
The stylist talked constantly. When the stylist talked, the cutting and job at hand paused/ stopped. This made my appointment run longer than I anticipated. As a last minute customer, time is of the essence.
General chit chat is what is expected. I found myself mentally exhausted and could not wait for the appointment to be finished.

Absolutely fantastic service, Chris was awesome. I got highlights, and I was very happy with the results! Very friendly, fun environment, and experienced hair stylists. Thank you, keep it up! I'll be back!

Always a high quality, comfortable service. Quality of cut is exceptional,.although my requests are likely pretty garden variety for you folks. However the true value in my experience is the friendliness and attentiveness to the client. I know how difficult this can be on a day to day basis, especially during the busy Christmas season.
